Agonis takes on new role of Constructability Advisor for the North East Link Program

Agonis Group is pleased to be appointed as the Constructability Advisor for the North East Link Program (NELP). We currently provide construction and technical services for NELP, incorporating the Central Tunnelling and Freeway Packages, including connections with the Metropolitan ring road (M80) and Eastern Freeway (M3).

The North East Link is the biggest road transport project in Victoria’s history. When complete, it will provide the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network, connecting the upgraded Eastern Freeway at Bulleen Road to the M80 Ring Road in Greensborough in Melbourne’s northeast.

With an experienced team of diverse capabilities, Agonis Group provides value to NELP through wide-ranging constructability advice. The complex and multidisciplinary scope includes current and potential utilities and civil construction Early Works, various tunnel sections, permanent and temporary roadway and structures and interfacing rail works.

Agonis Group provides constructability solutions and works with the NELP team to consider the impacts of construction staging and programs to minimise project, stakeholder, and package interface risk. Embedded within all constructability assessments are project operability and maintainability considerations.

Agonis is proud to be a part of Victoria’s Big Build and providing constructability services for North East Link, jointly funded by the Australian and Victorian State governments.
