On Friday we held a business improvement workshop for our employees with a review of 2017 and an exciting discussion of the innovation to be introduced and implemented in 2018.
Far from your typical ‘vanilla’ workshop, this year’s employee engagement session was held in a nightclub with the theme of the day “Think Different”. One of the best things about Agonis Group is that we don’t just say we are committed to innovation and sharing knowledge, we live it!
We used our knowledge and learnings from 2017 to develop a deeper understanding of our customers’ and employees wants and requirements. Make no mistake, our customers and our people ARE our business, so fully appreciating their aspirations for 2018 and aligning with those aspirations is our core strategy for 2018.
