About

Tom has extensive experience with brownfield rail and road construction interfaces having worked on many high-risk projects across Australia and New Zealand. His ability to estimate construction projects in complex operational environments gives him a unique understanding of brownfield risk that facilitates enhanced risk management and robustness of the estimate. He equally understands constructability and staging that aids in stakeholder management in urban environments.

Tom has well-developed interpersonal skills and the proven ability to liaise at all levels, including the production of professional corporate reports and presentations to articulate estimates and risk.

Recently, Tom led the independent estimate review of the City Tram Extension Project in Adelaide; the GrainCorp Regeneration Project and V/Line Murray Basin Rail Project in Victoria.
