With over 40 year’s practical experience in construction and project delivery, Peter is an Associate of the business. He has worked for major construction companies not only overseas in South Africa, Hong Kong, England and Ireland but also with 25 years on a variety of Australian construction projects.

He has gained his skills by working on a range of civil engineering infrastructure projects including bridges, dams, roads, railways, airports, cooling towers, chimney stacks, silos, water and sewage treatment plants, deep sea releases, structural steelwork and concrete works. Peter has specialised in incrementally launched bridges including three award winning bridges: Seacliff Bridge, Woronora Bridge and the new Iron Cove Bridge. He has experience in ensuring constructability of structures as well as the planning and coordination of design activities and construction methods.

Since 2001, Peter has keenly participated in many Alliance contracts the most notable being the Story Bridge Precinct Alliance.

Peter was honoured with the 2005 Civil Engineer of the Year award by Engineers Australia for his significant contribution to the Australian civil engineering profession, his leadership in setting new industry standards and his dedication to fostering the next generation of Australian engineers.

Currently, Peter is providing constructability and facilitation services for Aurecon, as part of the RMS Batemans Bay Bridge Replacement.
